INNOVATIVE INCORPORATED, headquartered in Hagerstown, MD, is hiring for a Business Development Executive/Senior BDE to drive new managed IT and fractional CTO consulting deals across the DC Metro region. You will own the full sales cycle, engage with executives, and collaborate with technical teams to close complex deals.

You will operate in a hunter role, building relationships with owners and leaders, and work with a Director of Business Development to ramp up in a growing team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of B2B new business sales or 5+ years for Senior level
• Ability to run a full sales cycle from discovery to signed agreement
• Experience selling technology or technical services (recommended)
• Strong executive presence and business acumen

Responsabilidades

• Identify and close new managed IT and fractional CTO consulting clients in the service area
• Own deals from first contact to signed agreement in a hunter role
• Engage with owners, presidents, CFOs and operations leaders
• Collaborate with CTOs and engineering teams on complex deals
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and ramp within the HQ and DMV region
