Job summary

eTelligent Group LLC, a DMV-area federal IT contractor, is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to lead growth with US federal agencies from Herndon, VA. You’ll own the end-to-end process from target selection to winning proposals, building relationships with agencies, primes, and program offices.

We value a hunter mindset, deep federal BD experience, and the ability to translate complex IT solutions into compelling wins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in federal BD or sales, with open new federal accounts.
• Deep knowledge of federal procurement cycles (IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs).
• Based in the DMV area with strong agency and prime relationships.
• Ability to lead deals end-to-end and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Break into new agencies and build strategic plans.
• Grow footprint at IRS and NIH.
• Meet program offices, CIO/CISO teams, small business offices, and primes.
• Own the deal end-to-end from qualification to proposals.
• Provide bid/no-bid recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership, proposal, and delivery teams to win.
