CMHWorks is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our consulting services and technology products from a remote location within the DC area. This hourly + commission independent contractor role requires self-motivation and the ability to close deals.

You will own the sales lifecycle, build a robust pipeline, and establish strategic partnerships while aligning market insights with product offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or consultative sales experience.
• Proven success managing the full sales cycle.
• Experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Proposal development and contract negotiation experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in remote and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's business development strategy.
• Build and manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution.
