Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to help develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to improve performance, data health, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years of IT experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage incidents, changes, and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Must have ITIL knowledge and prefer ITIL certification.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to improve performance and data health.
• Monitor and enhance governance processes and controls for efficiency and compliance.
• Lead initiatives to resolve recurring problems with technical and business leads.
• Coordinate incident response and post-incident reviews to prevent recurrences.
• Assess change impact on governance policies and ensure controlled implementation.
• Develop and maintain Major Incident Management processes.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
