Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an IT Governance Analyst to join our team in strengthening IT policies, procedures, and standards aligned with ITIL. You will collaborate with developers, users, IT, and vendors to improve processes and data health.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience required.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of technical IT experience.
• After hours support is required.
• Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Business Process Mapping techniques.
• Experience eliciting process details with subject matter experts.
• Requirements gathering and documentation experience.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks.
• Commitment to compliance program objectives.
• Collaborative and respectful interaction with colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all environments are managed to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance.
• Monitor IT governance processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to incidents, requests, problems, and changes.
• Coordinate incident response with stakeholders and drive corrective actions.
• Assess changes for impact on governance policies and controls.
• Develop and communicate Major Incident Management processes.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
