Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to join our team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices.

You will collaborate with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to improve performance, processes, and data health. Responsibilities include ensuring environments meet SLAs, evaluating IT controls, and supporting incident and change management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1-3 years IT experience.
• After-hours support required.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business process mapping.
• Ability to gather requirements and document them.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile.
• Ability to work with SMEs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet SLAs.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance.
• Monitor IT governance processes and propose improvements.
• Identify and resolve recurring problems with leads.
• Report barriers in incidents and service requests.
• Coordinate incident response with stakeholders.
• Assess change impact on governance policies and controls.
• Develop and communicate Major Incident Management processes.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
