Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to join our team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices, collaborating with developers, business users, and vendors to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing environments to meet SLAs, evaluating IT controls, and leading incident and change management processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
• 1–3 years technical IT or computer science experience.
• After hours support is required.
• Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven techniques in Business Process Mapping.
• Experience eliciting process details and work instructions.
• Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Knowledge of Agile framework.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Continuously monitor IT governance processes and controls and provide efficiency recommendations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to resolution of incidents, service requests, and changes by addressing underlying problems.
• Participate in incident response activities with stakeholders and reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on IT governance policies and controls.
• Develop, maintain, lead and communicate Major Incident Management processes.
• After hours support for major outages.
• Other duties as assigned.
