Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking an on-site IT support specialist in Appleton, WI to provide desktop end-user assistance across Windows and macOS environments. You will handle OS, peripherals, and printer issues, install MS Office, and support AD/Exchange with strong customer service. Travel within 10–20 miles may be required.

Two plus years of IT experience and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are preferred. On-call/on-demand availability will be needed to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ready to travel 10-20 Miles as per the requirement.
• Flexible Work Arrangement (Rostering System).
• Experience with a variety of IT projects/work cases.
