Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant IT/desk-side support experience.
• Experience with Windows OS (7/8/10) and macOS familiarity.
• Deployment tools like SCCM knowledge and SOE understanding.
• Printer, MS Office installation and troubleshooting expertise.

Responsibilities
