Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT infrastructure field support experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues without compromising warranty or security requirements.
• Proficient in handling routine and non-routine desktop issues and requests.
• Strong communication between IT and users to triage and resolve issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality service with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd level Help Desk support and desk-side assistance on PCs, laptops, printers, and POS devices.
• Perform intermediate-to-advanced IMAC services: installs, moves, adds, changes and hardware refreshes.
• Coordinate with clients and technicians to analyze problems and propose technical solutions.
• Update ServiceNow and knowledge bases in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with policies.
