Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two of the listed IT qualifications (engineering CS degree, MCA, MCP or higher).
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Ability to travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second level support for end-users and resolve issues.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS and MS Office across devices.
• Maintain asset inventory and ensure timely ticket updates.
• Communicate issue status and resolutions to clients clearly.
• Perform general preventative maintenance on computers and peripherals.
