Job summary
AXA Professionals seeks a Deskside Technician II to provide on-site IT support in a large corporate setting. You will handle Mac/PC, Windows 10/11, printers, mobile devices, VPN, AV, and asset management while logging issues in the client ticketing tool.
This contractor/full-time role requires strong communication and problem-solving under pressure. You will install/move/add/change equipment, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, and assist at client locations, including after-hours shifts as
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Office, smartphones, printers and PC hardware.
- Ability to research and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Professional communication and ability to handle high-stress environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside/desktop end-user support in a corporate environment.
- Support Windows 10/11, Macs, printers, mobile devices, VPN, and AV systems.
- Install/move/add/change IT equipment and manage assets and tickets.
- Research, troubleshoot, and document system configurations and resolutions.
- Occasional after-hours on-call support and potential executive support.
