Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking an onsite IT Helpdesk/Support Technician to deliver timely desktop support across client sites. You will handle calls, perform installations and troubleshooting on Windows 7/10 and Office, and ensure assets are maintained per client SLAs.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, be willing to travel, and able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs. Valid background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Two of the listed degrees or certifications are required.
• Experience with desktop support and IT ticketing is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 60–700 miles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second level IT support for end-users onsite.
• Respond to service calls within SLA and document resolutions.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows PCs and Office suites.
• Maintain asset/inventory records and communicate issue status clearly.
• Perform basic repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
