Job summary

Milner Technologies is seeking a Technology Service Analyst in Tampa, FL to provide frontline support for end users via phone, remote access, and on-site visits. You will log and track tickets, resolve complex issues, and escalate when necessary while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent, proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365, and experience in installing and maintaining network systems. On-site work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in a technical (MIS, IT) program or equivalent education from other sources (Military or Tech School).
• Technical hardware knowledge.
• Current Microsoft or equivalent networking/system certifications (Microsoft role base certifications, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent).
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience installing network systems in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.Log and update tickets in the tracking system.
• Prioritize, evaluate, and resolve support requests; escalate when needed.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair customer IT network and telephony systems on-site or remotely.
• Train customers on solutions and preventative maintenance; create knowledge base articles.
