Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in a technical MIS/IT program or equivalent.
• Current Microsoft or equivalent networking/system certifications (MCSE/Network+/CCNA or equivalent).
• Experience with Windows Server and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
• Log and update tickets, prioritize and resolve requests; escalate per procedures.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair IT network and telephony systems on site or remotely.
• Prepare knowledge base articles of resolutions for future troubleshooting.
• Train customers on implemented solutions and preventative maintenance procedures.
