Job summary

Milner Technologies is seeking a Technology Service Analyst to provide proactive technical support for end users, including remote access, on-site visits, and equipment maintenance. You will log, track, and resolve tickets, install and configure networks and telephony systems, and escalate when needed.

Training customers on solutions and preventative maintenance will be part of the role. The position requires a four-year technical degree, hardware knowledge, and current networking

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in a technical (MIS, IT) program or equivalent education.
• Technical hardware knowledge.
• Current Microsoft or equivalent networking/system certifications (Microsoft role base certifications, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Cisco CCNA, AZ-900, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and manages customer environments with remote tools, providing timely remote assistance.
• Responds to incoming calls; determines if remote support is viable, and assists with software and desktop issues.
• Performs on-site installations, configurations, maintenance, and repairs of IT networks and telephony systems.
• Escalates complex issues per procedures; documents ticket updates and resolutions in the tracking system.
• Delivers end-user training on implemented solutions and preventative maintenance procedures.
