Job summary

The role demands hardware and software know-how, Windows OS expertise, and strong customer service. You will log, track, and escalate tickets, install and maintain IT networks and telephony systems, and train customers on implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT or equivalent required.
• Technical hardware knowledge required.
• Current Microsoft or equivalent networking Certifications (Microsoft role base, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Cisco CCNA, AZ-900, or equivalent) desired.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 preferred.
• Experience with server OS and Apple OS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
• Log and update tickets; prioritize, evaluate, and resolve requests.
• Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of IT networks and telephony systems.
• Escalate issues per procedures; follow up for resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Write knowledge base articles of resolutions to aid future troubleshooting.
• Complete required paperwork and ticket updates on every call.
• Assist with projects outside immediate areas of responsibility as needed.
