Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC seeks an IT Field Engineer to deliver onsite service and project execution for clients, traveling to local locations. You will resolve technical issues across server, virtualization, networking, and cloud services while maintaining Impact’s high service standards and customer experience.

The role requires collaborating with internal teams, supporting onboarding, and building lasting client relationships. Travel is expected as part of field duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT field services, strong customer focus.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, and virtualization tech.
• Familiarity with cloud services and on-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite IT service, maintenance and project work at client sites.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMWare, Exchange, AD, and cloud services.
• Coordinate with Service Desk to implement client maintenance plans.
• Document issues and resolutions in Impact’s ticket system.
• Pursue manufacturer certifications and maintain vendor relationships.
