Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks an Endpoint Specialist to serve as the main customer liaison for workstation moves, adds, and changes at client sites. You will coordinate ordering, configuration, installation, and removal of computers, printers, and related peripherals.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, ability to follow detailed instructions, and excellent communication to document and track requests. Travel to client locations is expected to support onboarding and pilot testing.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of PC/MAC hardware and common peripherals.
• Experience with ticketing systems and documenting operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, system access, and TDR training.
• Test workstations and peripherals at client locations using test scripts.
• Document test results and issues in tracking tools.
• Escalate issues to technical teams and verify remediations.
• Work professionally in clinical/patient care environments.
