TALENT Software Services in Minnesota seeks an Endpoint Specialist to act as the primary liaison for moves, adds, and changes to workstation environments.

You will coordinate ordering, configuration, installation, and removal of computers and peripherals, while collaborating with customers to define needs and document requirements. Strong troubleshooting, ticketing familiarity, and ability to travel between client locations on-site are required; healthcare or customer-facing experience a plus.

Qualificações

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding computer terminology to match requests with IT solutions.
• Experience using ticket tracking software for documenting Endpoint operations.
• Willingness to travel between client locations and work on-site.
• Knowledge of PC and MAC hardware, printers and peripherals.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ordering, configuration, installation, and removal of computers, printers, copiers, and related peripherals.
• Work with customers to evaluate needs and preferred configurations for devices and orders.
• Document customer requirements to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Order electronic equipment within Lawson and resolve ordering issues with senior staff.
• Provide excellent customer service with strong interpersonal communication.
• Document and communicate hardware/software requirements and workflows clearly.
