Job summary

Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team, delivering hands-on support for Windows-based devices and peripherals across regional facilities. You will manage incidents, imaging, and documentation within an enterprise ITSM environment.

The role requires 2+ years of IT support experience, strong Windows expertise, and familiarity with SCCM and ServiceNow, with on-site responsibilities across the region and occasional on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience in a professional environment.
• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
• Experience imaging and deploying devices using SCCM or comparable endpoint management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for Windows-based workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Manage incidents, service requests, asset records, and documentation through an IT service management platform.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices using enterprise endpoint management tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and device-related issues.
• Set up and deploy new workstations, laptops, tablets, and associated peripherals.
• Prioritize and manage incoming support requests independently while maintaining strong customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical work, inventory, and local IT assets.
• Provide onsite support across multiple facilities within the region as needed.
• Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule.
