TEKsystems in Tallahassee, FL is seeking aDesktop Support Analyst to join a growing IT support team. The role covers hands-on desktop support across multiple office locations, device deployments, imaging, software installs, and end-user troubleshooting.

This contract position offers exposure to modern endpoint management and enterprise hardware, with a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in desktop support, experience imaging Windows devices, and familiarity with

Qualifications

3+ years of Desktop Support, Technical Support, or End-User Computing experience.
Experience imaging, deploying, and supporting Windows-based desktop and laptop systems.
Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and operating systems.
Experience supporting enterprise PC rollouts, technology refreshes, or deployment projects.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, wireless).

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote desktop support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
Support large user environments and respond to service requests promptly.
Deliver clear, patient customer service and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Image, configure, and deploy Windows devices; coordinate deployments across locations.
