Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician (Remote) to provide frontline technical support for Windows 10/11 and Mac OS environments. The role is remote with a day shift and Monday–Friday schedule, 8-hour shifts, and requires 1 year of help desk/desktop support experience.

Active Directory and Office 365 experience are preferred, along with familiarity with common ticketing and call-tracking systems.
