Brightli is seeking an IT Deskside Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team in Indianapolis. You will manage asset tracking, software licensing, and assist end-users with technical issues on-site and over the phone.

Qualifications

• 2 years IT technical support experience.
• Technical knowledge of network/PC operating systems and hardware.
• Background check and orientation requirements.
• Experience with licensing and asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily asset and software licensing records.
• Assist end-users with technical issues in person or by phone.
• Maintain procedures, processes, and reports documentation.
• Support license compliance audits and software requests.
• Ensure assets are prepared for deployment and data destruction as needed.
