Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Help Desk Support Agent in Indianapolis to provide IT assistance for end-users, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain hardware and network components. You will train staff, prepare manuals, and collaborate with IT peers to resolve complex problems.

Required: an Associate degree or equivalent and experience with Microsoft Office; background check and orientation are part of onboarding. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Record end-user issues and provide timely software/hardware assistance.
