Job summary

Brightli is seeking an IT Deskside Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team in supporting users and maintaining assets. You will drive asset management, rigorous documentation, audits, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In this role, you will plan and track hardware/software assets, assist with licensing, and help deploy and secure devices while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of IT technical support experience.
• Technical knowledge of network/PC operating systems and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and long-term hardware and software assets.
• Assist end-users with technical issues in person and by phone.
• Plan, monitor and record hardware assets and software licensing for compliance.
• Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports.
• Assist with license compliance audits and software licensing requests.
• Ensure inventory assets are prepared for deployment.
• Maintain firmware/patches on devices to be deployed.
• Ensure active tracking of network hardware/software assets.
