Job summary

Brightli is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user assistance, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain training materials. The role includes deploying workstations, supporting voice/data systems, and keeping accurate equipment inventories across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has an Associates degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and ability to document issues clearly.
• Ability to interpret manuals and safety/operating instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and resolve software/hardware questions.
• Schedule and conduct training for individuals and groups.
• Maintain training materials and manuals for standard business software.
• Install and repair workstations, and manage hardware inventories.
• Assist with voice and data communications setup and maintenance at all locations.
