Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a computer-related curriculum preferred, plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience supporting and maintaining computer hardware and desktop software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to corporate computer users.
• Answer questions or resolve computer problems in person, via telephone, or electronically.
• Install and maintain hardware and software, including printing and email systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and non-warranty services.
• Maintain and update work order tickets in the ITSM tool.
