Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
• Schedule and deliver one-on-one and group staff training.
• Maintain training materials and user manuals for standard software.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance and repair/replace parts.
• Install workstations and support voice/data communications.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and end-users.
