Job summary

Quivera Enterprises, Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE) subsidiary, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects across IA and OIT programs. You will drive governance, risk management, and delivery excellence with CORs, vendors, and government stakeholders.

The role emphasizes software/hardware asset management, change control, cybersecurity, and quality assurance within a federal framework. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of project management experience with complex IT projects.
• PMP certification required; strong PMI/PMBOK background.
• Experience delivering federal IT programs and working with government stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams including IT, security, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Apply PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches as needed.
• Coordinate PI Planning and cross-functional planning activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and align backlogs with priorities.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics; manage risks.
• Establish governance structures, reporting, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with CORs, vendors, and government stakeholders for delivery and compliance.
• Oversee IT Asset Management, Change Control, and Configuration Management activities.
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance considerations are integrated into plans.
