Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an IT Analyst - ITAM in Pensacola, FL for an initial 6-month contract. You will handle IT asset receipt, scanning, warehousing, inventory validation, and distribution with global reach. The team emphasizes ServiceNow, M365, and Excel-based asset management.

The role requires US work authorization and involves hands-on asset logistics, data integrity, and vendor coordination in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow for inventory tracking and ticketing.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and directives quickly.
• Complete understanding of M365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Confirm receipt of products and IT assets and close PO in systems.
• Identify IT assets for tracking and ensure accurate asset records.
• Scan/update IT assets in the Asset Management system upon receipt.
• Perform monthly/quarterly inventories and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate worldwide distribution and liaise with vendors.
• Assist with disposal, shredding, and data sanitization activities.
