• Understanding of logistics flows.

Responsibilities

• Confirm receipt of products and IT assets and close purchase orders.
• Scan and update IT assets upon receipt; log assets in the Asset Management system.
• Provide onsite and offsite inventory warehousing and manage storage needs.
• Maintain integrity of storage facilities and the Asset Management database.
• Coordinate worldwide delivery options and select cost‑effective shipping.
• Scan equipment to the receiving entity and ensure traceability.
• Assist customers with disposal of obsolete equipment per policy.
• Perform onsite shredding of data-storing components and document records.
• Liaise with vendors such as ITAD providers and buyback vendors.
• Maintain logistics vehicle(s) and handling equipment.
• Manage cardboard recycling and general waste disposal materials.
• Learn and adapt ServiceNow to track inventory, log time, and close tickets.
