Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an IT Analyst to join our Pensacola, FL on-site team on a contract basis. The role covers asset receipt, scanning, inventory management, and delivery coordination with a focus on data integrity and security.

You will liaise with vendors and utilize ServiceNow and M365 for tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with asset management, shipping coordination, and data destruction in line with NIST guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow inventory tracking and asset management.
• Knowledge of data-storage equipment disposal practices.
• Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle and recall processes.

Responsibilities

• Confirm receipt of products and IT assets.
• Scan and update IT assets in the Asset Management system.
• Provide inventory warehousing services onsite and offsite.
• Maintain Asset Management data integrity and perform inventories.
• Coordinate worldwide delivery options and select shipping vendors.
• Scan equipment to receiving entities and ensure traceability.
• Assist customers with disposal of obsolete equipment and data destruction.
• Maintain shredding records and approve shredding vendors.
• Liaise with vendors such as buyback and ITAD vendors.
• Maintain logistics equipment (van, golf cart, pallet jacks).
• Manage cardboard recycling and waste disposal.
• Utilize ServiceNow and M365 for inventory tracking, logging time, updating assets, and closing tickets; build dashboards.
