• Familiarity with scanning and updating assets in an Asset Management system.

Aufgaben

• Receive and confirm IT assets, match to purchase orders.
• Manage onsite and offsite inventory warehousing and storage needs.
• Perform monthly/quarterly inventories and ensure data integrity in the Asset Management system.
• Coordinate worldwide delivery/distribution and select cost-effective shipping options.
• Assist with disposal/recycling of obsolete equipment with security compliance.
• Utilize ServiceNow & M365 to track inventory, log time, and close tickets.
• Build dashboards in ServiceNow and adapt to new processes and directives.
