Job summary

4 Corner Resources is hiring an Asset Management Specialist to support the intake and inventory of IT equipment in Orlando, FL. This hands-on role focuses on laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices in a fast-paced environment.

You'll manage shipments, label assets, track a 500+ device inventory, and serve as the first contact for incoming assets. The position is onsite with a long-term contract and potential extension, offering a stable schedule and competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or technical inventory control.
• Experience with laptops, printers, or other IT equipment.
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing boxes.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to follow labeling, tracking, and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments of laptops, printers, scanners, and related IT equipment.
• Break down pallets, boxes, and packaging while keeping the workspace clean and organized.
• Identify incoming equipment, apply asset labels, and place items in designated storage areas.
• Track and manage an inventory of 500+ laptops and other devices.
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming assets, ensuring items are handled and staged correctly.
• Document inventory movement using asset tracking tools or systems.
• Keep the work area tidy and ready for the next team member or shift.
• Assist with the technical handling of equipment, including basic troubleshooting and repair.
