Job summary

NorthShore University HealthSystem is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst I to support the HAM module in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate asset lifecycle data and compliance. The role is hybrid, located in Warrenville or Skokie, IL, with standard business hours.

Under guidance, you will perform asset transactions, audits, reporting, and documentation to optimize procurement and logistics. Strong office software skills and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field (or high school diploma plus 4 additional years of related experience).
• Experience with IT asset management and ServiceNow HAM is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Asset & CMDB Data Accuracy and validate asset integrity.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and physical audits; resolve discrepancies.
• Perform data quality cleanup of HAM module records.
• Support development of IT hardware standards and streamline procurement/logistics.
• Process asset lifecycle transactions in ServiceNow HAM (receiving, tagging, transfers, disposals).
• Generate standard reports and dashboards for asset visibility and lifecycle tracking.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge articles.
