You will drive asset data quality, support CMDB governance, and develop dashboards for operational and audit needs. Hybrid work and multi-site coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, STEM or related field; or 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management and ServiceNow HAM.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned workflows and CMDB governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Hardware Asset Lifecycle in ServiceNow HAM.
• Analyze asset data, identify gaps, and optimize costs.
• Configure asset models, workflows, and integrations in HAM.
• Develop IT hardware standards with purchasing for procurement.
• Draft business cases and standardization proposals for ITAM.
• Create dashboards and reports for executives and audits.
• Coordinate with finance to align asset activities with budgets.
• Lead asset audits and resolve discrepancies with corrective actions.
• Ensure CMDB alignment and support regulatory reviews.
• Provide training and guidance to field services and stakeholders.
