Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven track record.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work with executives/partners.
• Experience leading transformation projects across cross-functional teams.
• Enterprise-scale infrastructure or cloud programs experience.
• Strong communication and program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute a vision and strategy for the customer’s cloud transformation with the AWS team.
• Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging cloud technologies to unlock opportunities.
• Apply change management practices to project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Identify high-impact use cases and prioritize AWS service adoption.
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate journeys.
• Mentor junior CSMs and share success mechanisms across teams.
