Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
• Experience leading transformation project teams and cross-functional collaboration across broad organizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the customer’s cloud transformation in collaboration with the customer and AWS teams.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills across organizational levels and develop long-term relationships based on excellence.
• Maintain broad and in-depth knowledge of existing and emerging cloud technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Incorporate organizational change management best practices into project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AWS service adoption and best-practice implementations.
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate the customer’s cloud journey.
• Share knowledge as a thought leader, mentor junior CSMs, and influence industry trends.
