Interface Systems is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator for on-site work at our St. Louis office. You will perform remote security checks and virtual tours, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, employees, and vendors.

Expect strong training, a 7am–11am shift, and scalable growth within the iSOC levels. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with shift differentials and bonus opportunities, including a $500 new-hire bonus and a monthly performance bonus up to $100.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely responses.

Responsabilités

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action per severity, including contacting customers or dispatching emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with security and system-related inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
