Job summary

Interface Security Systems LLC is seeking an iSOC Coordinator Level 1 in St. Louis, MO. You will perform remote security checks and virtual tours, communicating through advanced two-way audio/video systems and handling inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities include incident escalation and documenting activities, with training beginning in the Security Operations program. This full-time role requires morning availability and offers shift differentials and a performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations to observe vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings, closings, or requests.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or dispatching emergency services.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and documentation.
