Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator to monitor customer locations using advanced video and audio surveillance, conduct virtual tours, and respond to security inquiries. You will serve as a primary contact for customers, employees, and vendors while advancing through iSOC levels in a fast-paced tech environment.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with shift differentials and opportunities for bonuses. Training is provided and on-site work is required in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand and respond to needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client sites.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings/closings or on request.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance.
• Take appropriate actions including contacting customers or dispatching emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
