Interface Systems in St. Louis invites you to join our Interactive Security Operations Center as a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator. You will manage live audio interactions, verify alarms, and coordinate rapid responses to security events, escalating when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand needs and respond quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintains calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual site tours.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing or requests.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video tech.
• Respond to alarms; contact customers or emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls resolving or escalating security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals.
• Document interactions and follow up to resolve incidents.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
