Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, including live audio interactions with monitored sites and rapid decision-making to de-escalate incidents. The role emphasizes alarm verification, video monitoring, and direct customer communication to ensure safety.

The position offers 12:00 PM–10:30 PM CST shifts, on-site work, and comprehensive benefits from day one, plus performance and attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations and observe for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during business opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action per severity, including contacting emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor, verify, and respond to alarm signals; verify validity by phone.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify individuals per customer instructions.
• Provide life safety support and coordinate dispatch with emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm support (arming/disarming, resets).
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and customer requests.
• Intervene using two-way audio to de-escalate real-time incidents.
• Handle loitering, trespassing, and other violations with decisive action.
• Document interactions and follow up to resolve incidents.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
