Job summary

Interface Systems seeks a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor and resolve security events in real time from our on-site operations center in St. Louis, MO. You will handle live audio/video interactions, verify alarms, coordinate with customers and emergency services, and escalate as needed.

We offer a 12:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule with 8–10 hour shifts, day-one benefits, and potential bonuses. Training is provided to advance within the iSOC team.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time security events and manage alerts.
• Communicate with customers and emergency services.
• Maintain accurate records and document interactions.
• Lead two-way audio/video interactions to resolve incidents.
• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours.
