Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead ISBM tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations. You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, providing technical leadership in mold manufacturing, process optimization, equipment validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ISBM capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Plastics Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing, process engineering, tooling engineering, or related.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) tooling and vendors.
• Experience with mold qualification, validation, DOE, SPC.
• Strong project management and supplier coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mold sampling, process qualification, and validation for new, replacement, and rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet specifications at designed cycle times.
• Create and maintain baseline processes and Master Process Sheets.
• Support machine startups with new or modified tooling and machines.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting processes, machines, tooling, and quality.
• Lead investigations into process variation and tooling performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Product Development, and suppliers to ensure compliance.
