Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Plastics Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in plastics packaging manufacturing or tooling engineering.
- Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding tooling and vendors.
- Experience with mold qualification, validation, process optimization and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Lead ISBM tooling project management from conception to implementation.
- Optimize molding processes to meet dimensional, visual, and performance specs.
- Establish validated baseline processes and maintain Master Process Sheets.
- Train plant personnel on machine processing, tooling systems, and troubleshooting.
