Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC seeks a Process and Tooling Engineer to drive ISBM tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations. You’ll manage projects from concept through implementation and provide technical leadership in mold design, process optimization, and equipment validation.

You’ll liaise with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Quality, and vendors to ensure tooling designs, processes, and production systems meet safety, quality and customer

Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing or tooling.
Experience with ISBM tooling and mold qualification.
Experience with DOE, SPC and validation preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead ISBM tooling project management from quotes to delivery.
Optimize molding processes to meet specifications at designed cycle times.
Develop and maintain tooling standards and process documentation.
Train plant personnel on tooling systems and best practices.
