Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead ISBM tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations. You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, providing technical leadership in mold design, process optimization, and equipment validation.

You will collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and vendors to ensure designs meet safety, quality, and customer requirements while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5–8 years in plastics packaging, process engineering or tooling.
• Experience with ISBM tooling and mold qualification.
• Ability to perform DOE, process capability studies, and statistical analysis.
• Experience supporting startup and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISBM tooling projects from concept through implementation.
• Lead mold sampling, process qualification, validation.
• Develop standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Provide technical support across operations and quality.
• Track timelines, vendor performance, and tooling quality.
