Amcor is seeking an experienced Process and Tooling Engineer to lead ISBM tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations. You will drive tooling projects from concept through implementation and partner with Product Development, R&D, Operations, and Quality to meet safety, quality and performance targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Plastics Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing, process engineering, tooling engineering, or related.
• Experience with ISBM tooling and vendors.
• Experience with process capability studies, DOE, and statistics.
• Experience supporting production startup and manufacturing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead molding tool design, qualification, and validation for new and rebuilt molds.
• Optimize ISBM molding processes to meet specifications at designed cycle times.
• Develop and maintain Process of Adjustment (POA) and Master Process Sheets.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting tooling, quality, and productivity issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product development, operations, supply chain, and vendors.
